This lecture will discuss the study that investigates the attitudes and concerns of employers about hiring individuals with disabilities in Saudi Arabia through a questionnaire distributed to different employers in the country. Responses indicated that they are favorable to the employment of workers with disability. However, they do not have a clear policy regarding the employment of persons with disabilities. Productivity, work performance and lack of employee skills were mentioned as top reasons for not employing a person with disability.
