Ms Eeva Tupi is the first Finnish Deaf sign language user who holds a Master’s degree in laws. Human rights law is close to her heart. She has been advocating improving lives of Deaf people and persons with disabilities around the world through research, preparing materials, conducting trainings and participating in UN treaty bodies’ processes. Eeva knows several signed and written languages that are an asset in working in different countries and cultures.
